Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Please use "DMCA Takedown Request" as the subject line to ensure prompt processing of your claim.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

CatchON TV will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of third-party copyrights.
